Angle Drive Kit
When building the orange pickup we couldn't find a suitable way to make the distributor work, so we had to come up with something on our own. The kit were designed by us at Moe's Suzuki Service, and with help from the local mechanical shop the kit got produced.
- The first generation kit is basicly the prototype one used in our orange pickup.
- The second generation (was the first generation to be sold to customers. The gen. 2 kit got a smaller adapter plate than the ret, and the distributor points to the right side of the engine.
- The third generation kit was made so you can choose witch way the distributor will point towards.
- The fourth generation is basicly a extension of the third generation.
All our angle drive kits got its own serial number.
We found this a bad solution, so we produced our own Angle Drive Kit.
- The adapter plate is made of steel, and are plated to prevent corrotion.
- The axle is made of quality steel.
- A quality ball bearing and a oil bronz bushing are supporting the axle inside the adapter.
- The angle gear is form the G13a cam shaft.
- The drive gear from the G13b distributor is needed to turn the axle.
- The Angle Housing is a modified part from the G13a engine
MK 1 G13b
If you got a MK1 G13b the samurai distributor is bolt on and plug'n play. But you still need to use the angle housing and the cam shaft gear from your samurai and the drive gear from your G13b distributor and mount it on the adapter. Installation manual are included.
On the MK 2/3 G13b you'll still need to use the same parts with the kit as the MK 1, but you need some additional parts and modify the G13a distributor internals. Installation manual are included.
The angle gear (Use the one from the samurai cam shaft).
